A graduate of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), he began his professional journey in the ready-made garment (RMG) sector at a remarkably young age, working directly in factory environments. This early exposure allowed him to gain hands-on knowledge and a deep understanding of the operational, social, and environmental challenges of the industry.

Driven by a strong vision for positive change, Naseef Ahbab Daiyan is committed to transforming the RMG sector through ethical leadership, sustainable business practices, and responsible global partnerships. His mission centers on protecting the environment,
ensuring workers’ well-being, and building long-term, transparent relationships with international buyers.

In addition to his professional achievements, he has earned recognition through participation and success in several national and international debate competitions, including global academic platforms such as the World Scholars’ Cup, reflecting his strong
analytical skills, global mindset, and leadership capabilities.
